Maepora is led by Chasen Nikolich, who has more than 20 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker and in residential and commercial construction. His broader experience also includes property ownership, development, vacation-rental operations, and hands-on project evaluation.
That combination shapes how Maepora approaches properties: not simply as listings or buildings, but as places that have to work for the people using, owning, and operating them.
